Hopefully we’ll have touched on the text work for all the scenes by the end of this week and I can finally leave these 10+ page documents alone!

Then it’s time to make those blocking notes prettier!

So I’ll get up early in the morning to re-write that schedule and get a thank you present for the crew, stay late at the theatre and say goodbye to the fabulous crew, then get up early for my scooter lesson… wait. I need more scooter practice. Okay so I get up extra early after last night’s draining tech and then…

It’s that time again

Currently in production week for the show I’m seconding on. 
It’s been a mix of all kinds of jobs; walking, marking-up props tables, labeling cue lights, white gaffing things and now even being the AV operator for the first tech session. I’m also recieving emails for the show I’m production managing, which bumps in next week! Oh gosh, it’s going to be a fun week…

Helmet Hair…?

My pretty new scooter is being picked up Wednesday! I’m quite excited.
In the meantime I have my helmet and I’m looking at it and thinking…

From the crazy family that brought you “Tomato Sauce Tastes Good With Everything”…

So once again my sisters are staying over at my Dads place (Also currently my place) and it’s time for another crazy project. Last time we made awesome board games. This time it’s another food challenge.

We had a food challenge a few years ago called “Tomato Sauce Tastes Good With Everything” for which you had to pull a piece of paper from a hat and eat the food listed on it with tomato sauce and then say (with enthusiasm) “Tomato Sauce Tastes Good With Everything!”. Let me say from personal experience milk and honey do not taste good with tomato sauce…

This challenge however is a lot sweeter! My sisters will be eating nothing but icecream for the next 4 days*.They have four flavours picked out - Strawberry, Chocolate, honeycomb and vanilla. I opted out of the challenge because my digestive system has had enough to worry about the last few months, but I’ll be keeping a close eye on them! They’ve done some research and are going to record videos on their progress.

Already they have faced sensitive teeth and brain freeze. 
Dad doesn’t think they’ll get passed two days. We’ll see how they go.

*They get 1 apple each day and can have water.

Craving my kit…

Seeing all the lovely SM kit photos hasn’t been helping my desire to re-organise my kit (which badly needs doing). But I’ve been lacking the time. Hopefully this weekend… 

…You have no idea how much this is killing me.
